How to Use

To apply the Care Science Waterproof Kinesiology Tape, follow these steps:

2. Pull the backing 2-3” from the end of the tape and remove from the end of the tape only.
3. Without stretching the tape, anchor the end of the tape to the skin and rub to activate the adhesive.
4. Stretch the center of the tape over the desired area.
5. Anchor the final 2” of the tape to your skin without stretching.
   To remove, pull the tape off in the same direction as the hair; use baby oil if necessary. It’s for single use.
