The workout begins with a warm-up session, featuring alternating single leg extensions with varying rep ranges (1 x 10, 1 x 8, 3 x 5). Sulek then transitions to the working sets, completing 5 sets of 5 reps of alternating single leg extensions, followed by short rest periods and additional sets of 4 reps. This approach allows him to focus on quality reps while maintaining a high level of intensity.

The second exercise in his session is the seated hip press machine, which targets the glutes, quads, and hamstrings. Sulek adopts a “heavy but not too heavy” approach, opting for rest-pause reps to push himself to failure without risking injury. This technique has been shown to increase IGF-1, strength, and muscle mass. He completes three sets using this method, resulting in visibly shaking legs and a significant pump.

Finisher and Post-Workout Analysis

For the finisher, Sulek returns to the leg extension machine for a set to failure, completing 14 solid reps and showcasing impressive quad development. In his post-workout pose down, Sulek highlights the separation and definition in his legs, from the calves to the knees, and the noticeable “meat” on his bones.
